Usage Guidelines for High Quality Soap Cutter

This high quality soap cutter consists of an acrylic base, acrylic string knife bow, and various accessories. It also comes with extra steel wires for replacement. The steel wire of the knife bow comes pre-assembled, requiring the buyer to simply attach the knife bow onto the acrylic base.

To set up the soap cutter, follow these steps:

1. Insert one end of the acrylic knife bow into the mounting bracket on the base, aligning the screw holes. Place the cap nut into the nut hole and screw the long bolt through the hole into the nut on the other end. Use the wrench provided to tighten the bolt, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose for flexible cutting. Align the bow so that the wire aligns with the notch on the base.

2. Adjust the size adjuster to the desired size, taking care as it may be sticky to the base due to prolonged attachment. Peel the adjuster from the base before adjusting if necessary.

3. Turn the wire adjustment knob to achieve the desired tension, being careful not to make it too tight as it could break the wire. Note that this soap cutter is intended for pre-cured soap, not fully hardened soap.

For wire replacement, follow these steps using pliers and scissors while wearing gloves for safety:

1. Remove the knife bow from the base.
2. Cut a piece of steel wire approximately 40 cm (16 inches) in length.
3. Tie both ends of the steel wire to the screws on either end of the knife bow, ensuring it passes through the grooves at both ends.
